Located at Glennon Brothers Timber Ltd, Dublin Road, Longford, DTE Manufacturing Ltd has gone from strength to strength since its inception. The team at DTE has grown significantly since manufacturing started on a site at Scratenagh cross in Arklow 40 years ago.

Initially successful as a roof truss manufacturer, DTE realised that attitudes in relation to house building methods were changing in Ireland. DTE become involved in Timber Frame house manufacturing, the fastest growing method of construction in Ireland today.

In 2007 Glennon Brothers Timber Ltd, Ireland's leading timber processor, acquired DTE Manufacturing Ltd. The business continued to grow and the limitations of the original Arklow site became evident. In 2020 DTE Ltd moved to a new purpose built manufacturing and office facility in Longford.

From the moment the first Timber Frame home came off the production line, DTE Manufacuring Ltd has steadily increased its presence in the Timber Frame market. The company now employs over 100 people, and has achieved significant market penetration.
